The Sheriff's Office accepts written public-information requests in its lobby during the stated hours, by regular mail, by fax at (830) 372-1000, or by email at so.openrecords@guadalupetx.gov. Judicial records are separate. The District Clerk keeps felony filings, while the County Clerk keeps Class A and B misdemeanor materials. Call the relevant clerk before visiting to confirm current access procedures and whether the requested file can be supplied at that counter.
